We are each a never-to-repeated life here to weave our unique story into the ongoing tapestry of the world. Question is, what's your story?

Most of us spend each day getting by and getting through. But we each contain a seed hidden deep inside that is larger-than-life. So what do we do if we've lost a foothold in our destiny and wound up adrift in a life of someone else's making? How do we go about reconnecting with our innermost self?

Drawing on storytelling, poetry, myth, dreams, and ritual, this magical five night retreat will nurture creativity, evoke natural talents, and draw out each individual’s gifts. To these we'll apply humour and imagination, arousing enthusiasm and renewing inspiration. We’ll focus on awakening each individual’s sense of purpose, cultivating a deepened sense of self-identity and re-visioning the unique story of our lives.

Retreat Details:

DATES: Saturday 16 October to Thursday 21 October 2010 (five nights).

LOCATION: Set in the Languedoc region, Gardoussel ('Guardian of the Birds') is an oasis of calm in one of the most beautiful, unpolluted and untouched parts of France. Surrounded by glorious pine and holm oak forests, Gardoussel is a picturesque hamlet set in forty-five acres of private meadow and woodland in the lush Cévennes Mountains, one hour from Nimes and two hours from Montpellier. After registering, you will receive a confirmation letter including directions and other pertinent information.

COST: £650 – Price includes all meals (home-made vegetarian dishes inspired by Ayurvedic nutritional principles), accommodation and events. Single rooms can be provided, depending on numbers, for a supplement of £125. A non-refundable deposit of £300 will secure your space. Final payment is due 1 October 2010.
